Open Records Request
Under the Texas Public Information Act (Government Code Chapter 552), any person has the right to request information from Template County agencies.
How to request
- Send your request by email to openrecords@example.tx.us.
- Describe the records you are requesting as specifically as possible.
- Include your name, email and phone number.
The County will respond within a reasonable timeframe as required by state law.
